Glory 2009
Atlanta, Ga-September 11, 2009 -- For Ten Years the Extreme Wrestling Alliance has been the Dominant Force in Pro Wrestling Entertainment. On Wednesday Night, September 30th, 2009, the Extreme Wrestling Alliance will celebrate its legacy, with its Biggest Show of the Year, Glory.
In the Main Event of the 2009 Edition of Glory, it will be EWA World Heavyweight Champion defending the championship against the Number One Contender and the winner of the Road to Glory Tournament, Rob Van Dam.
Other matches announced for the big event include the two other championship matches. The EWA Total Impact Championship will be defended in a Fatal Four Way Match Up when the current champion Troy "The Rampage" Joseph defends the gold against the "X-Core Soldier" Subway and the winners of the two qualifying matches taking place at Thursday Night Chaos between Steele & Dante Daevain and Chris Kane & Al Snow.
The EWA Womens Championship will be defended in a Ladder Match when the current EWA Womens Champion Alexis Laree defends in an Open Challenge Match.
